Appointments must be booked in advance via online booking. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is secured. Please ensure all details provided are correct.
Please fill out your consultation form before your appointment as this will delay your treatment time and you will have less time for your treatment, full payment for your scheduled appointment will still be required.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, this will be deducted from the total treatment cost. Deposits are transferable if sufficient notice is given (Please see booking & cancellation policy).
Professional boundaries - all treatments are strictly professional and therapeutic, any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session and full payment will still be required.
Payment - remaining balance minus deposit is due at the time of your appointment. Accepted payment methods: CASH, CARD, BANK TRANSFER. Cash is appreciated, if paying by cash, please make sure the exact money is given as we do not keep change in the barbers.
Privacy - All client information is kept strictly confidential and handled with accordance with UK Data protection regulations.
